U.S. Airstrike Kills 39 Women and Children
A U.S. airstrike on Sunday killed 47 civilians, including 39 women and children. Did you hear about it? Hmm.
Imagine if this had happened in the United States. Would you have heard about it then?

I looked at your site the other day, Jonathan, just for a minute and then something else called. Then later I thought, “Now, what was that about 39 people killed? Where was that?” I checked the New York Times, Washington Post, LA Times, and there was nothing. I thought maybe I dreamt it! How could it NOT be on the front page of those papers?
Thanks for putting this out there, even if the mainstream media ignores it.

39, 47, something like that!
I found it on the Washington Post – it was published on page A14. Not in the Times at all.

It’s hard to say that we should hear about every war death, but a screw up this big should be news even if it isn’t in the homeland.
